Hi Folks,
Can one of the Mac programmers from the Python XpCodeSprint remind me how
to run the package manager on Mac OS 10.3 ?

If I understand your confusion correctly, you need something like this:
cvs -z3 -d:ext:riksmoody@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/remorse help
cvs -z3 -d:ext:riksmoody@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/remorse update
cvs -z3 -d:ext:riksmoody@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/remorse commit
Getting stuff setup is another issue
RikSmoody Rik3@smoo.com
Several things:
Also, there is a MacOsx port of the DebianProject's package manager called Fink (http://fink.sourceforge.net/).
