Flat Cluster Project Leader

A role within the FlatClusterDevelopment methodology. Serves a 2 week term.

• Primary communication link with the Project Advocate.
• Ensure that the Project Team is staying on track with the goals of the Project.
• Watches over and manages the other developers on the Team.
• Makes the Financial Recommendation at the end of each Term.
