Augusto Boal
Brazilian political theater director. Wrote many books, including Theater of the Oppressed (ISBN 0930452496), and Games for Actors and Non-Actors (ISBN 0415061555). Many of his exercises are designed to make people aware of problems and possible solutions, in order to bring about political or social change.
